Your discharge paperwork is the foundation of every VA claim. Request a free copy from the National Archives if you've lost yours.

Enroll for health care
Apply online, by phone (877-222-8387), by mail (Form 10-10EZ), or in person at any VA medical facility.
Step 03
File your disability claim
Submit on VA.gov with your supporting medical evidence. A VSO (Veteran Service Officer) can represent you free of charge.
Step 04
Use your benefits
