Program Overview
The VA Veteran ID Card (VIC) is a free photo identification card that veterans can use as proof of service to obtain discounts from businesses. It's separate from the VA Health Identification Card (VHIC) and from a driver's license veteran designation. The VIC is available to veterans who do not already have other forms of veteran ID.
How to Apply
